It provides spacious communal areas, comfortable living space and 18 individually styled bedrooms. Communal space at the home includes a beautiful lounge, leading onto the patio and front gardens. The garden is lovely in summer and a popular area in which to relax or enjoy some gentle gardening. All communal areas of the house and garden are accessible either via the passenger lift or gentle ramps. The bedrooms have en-suite toilet and washing facilities – there are also additional bathrooms on every floor. The 2nd floor rooms boast fabulous views over St Leonards and beyond to the sea and South Downs. All bedrooms have a 24 hour call bell installed for added peace of mind.
